\nVARIETY<\/strong> : Glera, Perera, Verdiso, Bianchetta.
\nCOLOUR<\/strong>: Straw-yellow. Fine and long lasting perlage.
\nFRAGRANCE<\/strong>: Full, intense and balanced. Characterized by fruit notes, its aroma reminds of apples, peaches, wisteria and acacia blossoms.
\nIt has stunningly fresh-tasting notes.
\nPALATE<\/strong>: With a pleasant, slightly sour and savoury taste, fresh and fruity, it is well-balanced and presents a full nose-palate convergence.
\nSERVING SUGGESTIONS<\/strong>:\u00a0Perfect as an aperitif or during the meal with vegetable appetizers, light first and main courses and fish or cheese.

\nVARIETY<\/strong>: Glera, Perera, Verdiso, Bianchetta.
\nCOLOUR<\/strong>: Straw-yellow. Fine and long lasting perlage.
\nFRAGRANCE<\/strong>: Evolving while maturing in the bottle: fresh with fruit notes at the end of the fermentation, together with the characteristic \u201cbready\u201d aroma, more complex and mature notes as the months go by.
\nPALATE<\/strong>: Like for the fragrance, at the beginning a fruity flavour and a hint of yeast are perceived. It has a lean and pleasant, slightly bitter taste. It matures as the months go by.
\nSERVING SUGGESTIONS<\/strong>:\u00a0Perfect matching with traditional dishes, appetizers and cured meats or cheese snacks as well as with savoury first courses and \u201cspiedo\u201d (spit-roasted meat) typical of the region Altamarca Trevigiana. Excellent with pizza.
